Designed for use by professionals where radio communications are indispensable NR-8000 is the ruggedised multi mode radio offering guaranteed communications under the most arduous operational conditions. Using the latest DSP technology the radio can operate in either PMR, FM mode or MPT trunking mode and a built in modem offers full data transmission capability whilst a plug in option board can convert it to full P25 digital capability.
 
The unit sits comfortably in the hand and a large LCD screen and intuitive operational software make the unit extremelyeasy to operate. Most major signaling formats are supported.
 
Available in a choice of colours the radio has a multipurpose accessory interface to provide the widest possible integration capability of 3rd party accessories and add-ons.
